Zimbabwe vs Bangladesh is the 1st T20 match of Triangular Series is on 17th June 2012 at Harare Sports Club. In the practice match Zimbabwe Select XI v Bangladesh, Bangladesh did not play well and Zimbabwe XI won the practice match and that is very disappointed for the Bangladesh Cricket Board and also the Bangladesh Cricket Fans.
Bangladesh needs to work hard in this series without Shakib Ul Hassan. No doubt Shakib Ul Hassan is the great Cricketer and he played awesome innings for the Bangladesh. Shakib Ul Hassan was outstanding in BPL, Asia Cup and IPL tournaments. But Bangladesh Cricket Board official announced that “We want give rest to Shakib Ul Hassan in this tri Series and just focusing on the T20 World Cup 2012 at Sri Lanka. We want to win this T20 World Cup 2012 because we are eligible for this and we can get this.”
Zimbabwe team is no doubt very talented, but they lack experience of international cricket. They got some brilliant batsmen like Brendon Taylor, Hamilton Masakadza and Vusi Sibanda. In the bowling line, they have spinner Malcolm Waller and Prosper Utseya who might be dangerous for Bangladesh. In Zimbabwe Cremer and Waller played well and get 4 and 3 wickets in this practice match against Bangladesh. Zimbabwe need to perform to win the 1st T20 match against Bangladesh.
