Ricky Ponting to play T20 cricket in Australia
Ricky Ponting has re-signed with the Hobart Hurricanes in the Twenty20 Big Bash League. Ricky Ponting was with the Hurricanes last season but international commitments reduced his playing time to one match.
Ricky Ponting 37-year-old , who retired from limited-overs cricket after being dropped from the Australian One Day International squad in February, is still part of Australia’s Test squad.
The Hurricanes, whose lineup includes England’s Owais Shah, begin play on December 9 in Brisbane.
