ICricketBuzz is seeking a stellar reporter. Successful candidates must be good journalists who can quickly produce high-quality, daily news content. They should be self-starters who are passionate about cricket, the social space and possess a naturally inquisitive nature.
* Journalism grads with at least one year professional reporting experience preferable.
* Comfort with a blogging platform a plus.
*This is a full-time position.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university.
- 1 or more years of experience with a daily newspaper or website.
- A year or more of experience editing writers — line-editing as well as copy-editing.
- Familiarity with HTML
- Familiarity with other tools of the new media trade, such as Google Analytics.
- A selection of clips showing off your best reporting, writing and interviewing.
- Proven ability to write fast and on deadline.
