Cricket commentator hit for six
A cricket commentator in Wales has had a real taste of cricket action after a huge six crashed through the window of his box and hit him in the back.
Edward Bevan and a fellow commentator were calling the Somerset v Glamorgan pro-40 one day match for BBC radio when former England spinner Robert Croft was belted for six.
“He hits it up towards us… and is it going to hit us?” asked one of the commentators before the sound of smashing glass.
Bevan was it on the back by the ball, suffered bruising and was unable to continue his commentary.
